hear their stories and all while cycling  through the beautiful areas of the “Wine road of Macedonia”

Discover the rich wine-growing areas of Macedonia, stop at renowned wineries, sample fine wines and explore beautiful natural landscapes.

The history of Greece is deeply influenced by wine. Wine, part of our cultural heritage, is closely tied to our history and arts, rooted in our customs and customs.

Description-Programme

Day 1: On arrival, your flight will take you to Edessa famous waterfalls city (location). Bike fitting and exploring the city of Edessa. Accommodation.

Day 2: We suggest you grab breakfast in the courtyard of the hotel with a spectacular view and try traditional products.

Rute: Edessa–>Naousa.   Starts from the hotel heading to the city of Naoussa. Visit the wineries of Kir-Yiannis and Dalamara.

Varieties of wines: Xinomavro, Negoska,

Day 3: After breakfast departure for the city of Giannitsa.

Rute: Giannitsa–>Goumenissa Starts from the city of Giannitsa to the traditional town of Goumenissa. Visit the wineries of Aidarinis and Chatzivaritis. In our free time, we will repair the thermal baths Pozar for relaxation.

Varieties of wines: Xinomavro, Negoska,

Day 4: Rute Edessa–>Amyndeo Starts from the hotel heading to the city of Amyndeo. Along the way, we will cycle around the lake Vegoritida and have the opportunity for bird watching. Visit the Winery of Ktima Alfa

Varieties of wines: Roditis, Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer

After lunch, we headed to the city of Thessaloniki.

Day 5: Rute Agathoupoli–>Ganochora starts from the small seaside village of Agathoupoli and crosses areas at the foot of Mount Olympus where the 12 gods lived. Visit the wineries  Chrisostomou and Karasimou.

Varieties of wines: Limnio,  Malagouzia, Syrah

Day 6: Rute: Starts from Kechris winery crosses the coastal road of the city of Thessaloniki and ends at the Gerovasiliou winery.

Varieties of wines: Assyrtiko, Malagouzia, Viognier

Day 7: Free day in the city of Thessaloniki. Bike preparation and departure for the airport.
